📝 Soft Booking Policy Note for Casting Call

To honor the time we reserve for your session — we require a $250 reservation deposit to hold your date. This is not an additional fee and is fully applied toward any artwork or digital images you choose after your session. This ensures a smooth experience for you, our team, and fellow model families

How does the $250 print credit deposit work?

At Dreamshotz by Meenu, each family session involves detailed preparation—from personalized styling guidance and professional hair and makeup to a fully guided portrait experience. To ensure we dedicate our team’s time and resources exclusively to your family, we require a $250 print credit deposit to reserve your appointment.

This deposit is not an additional fee and is fully applied toward any artwork, prints, albums, or digital images you purchase after your session. It helps minimize last-minute cancellations or no-shows so we can provide every family with the care and attention they deserve.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership in creating a truly exceptional portrait experience.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that life happens! We kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Deposits are applied towards the rescheduled date if you reschedule with proper notice of atleast 72 hours before the session. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of your session, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.

Who receives hair and makeup services?

One family member will receive professional hair and makeup styling by our in-house makeup artist. This pampering experience helps you look and feel your best for your portraits.

How many digital images do I receive?

Your session includes 5 professionally retouched digital images of your choice, delivered in high resolution for printing up-to 8x10 and sharing with friend and family.

Can I see the photos before purchasing artwork?

Absolutely! After your session, we will schedule a personalized viewing appointment where you can select your favorite images and decide on prints, albums, or digital collections.
